Result of online contest Shadow

TTL is pleased to declare the result of online photography contest “Shadow”

The winner of the contest is Farida Alam, 2nd position is Arup Shaha Modal and 3rd position is Nayeem Siddiquee. Also 7 pictures were named as Honorary Mentions

It was judged by KM Asad and first photo will be awarded with a signed photobook by GMB Akash‘s. This contest was associated with Sony.

TTL Calendar for 2016

TTL always tries to present something unique… and part of this effort TTL is going to publish the calendar for 2016 based on the the theme “Bangladesh: Through The lens”.

13 photographers contributed their photographs to represent our beautiful country within their style. Thanks for their contribution.

This limited edition calendar will be available for sell from next week and hope a the TTLers will collect one copy @ 300 TK.

Kid’s Camp on Photography

TTL Is arranging a photography workshop for the kids to help them develops visual imagination through photography. The objective of this workshop is to familiarize them with a camera and give them different activities they can do. This photography workshop will be fun, interactive and creative as well as educational.

This fun and hands on digital photography kids workshop has been designed for ages 8-14 year olds with absolutely no camera knowledge, and for those use/own any kind of digital camera. Child is required to bring their own or parents digital camera (Simple Point and Shoot is preferred).

How to hold a Camera
Understanding the camera button

Capturing subjects from different view point
Learn the Colors
Learn the Light
How to focus
Rule of Thirds
Fill the frame

Result of online photography contest “Triangle”

TTL online photography contest “Triangle” has received huge number of submission with some most innovative way looking at a geometrical shape – triangle.

These submissions were judged by a panel of judges and the toughest job was done by MR Hasan, Kamrul Hasan and Saud A Faisal. The immense use of creativity and imagination was really notable in this contest. However there are many submission that deserved to be highlighted, but there is always limited number positions in one contest.

জাগো ফাউন্ডেশনের ইয়ুথ উইং ভলান্টিয়ার ফর বাংলাদেশ, দৈনিক ইত্তেফাক , ঢাকা ট্রিবিউন এবং টিটিএল আগামী ১৬, ১৭ এবং ১৮ই এপ্রিল ২০১৫ দৃক গ্যালারী, ধানমণ্ডিতে “অপ্রত্যাশিত ঢাকা” নামে একটি আলোকচিত্র প্রদর্শনীর আয়োজন করতে যাচ্ছে।

এই আলোকচিত্র প্রদর্শনী #IamDhaka প্রচারণা অভিযানের একটি অংশ। এই প্রদর্শনীতে বর্তমান ঢাকার প্রকৃত চিত্র তুলে ধরা হবে। এখানে ঢাকা সিটি কর্পোরেশন নির্বাচনের মেয়র প্রার্থীদের কাছ আলোকচিত্রের মাধ্যমে জনসাধারণ তাদের প্রত্যাশা তুলে ধরবেন।

BIF7 Group photo shoot on 20th March

BIF is knocking. Like every year this year TTL has organized the group photo shoot with all participating photographer of BIF. This photoshoot is only for the shortlisted photographers they will be particpating in the BIF. This year we are going to have the group photo at historical Lalkuthi of Old Dhaka, [Northbrook Hall]. Please join and be part of the legacy of group photo of TTL. There will be also a entry fees collection booth to collect the entry fees of BIF7.
